On the 10, just west of Downtown, you will notice an office building on the north side of the freeway. Two companies have signage on this building- Pep Boys and Avon . The first time I saw this, my thought was “Did the owner pick the two most opposite tenants possible?” But I bet the people who work there love being “work neighbors”. The women who work at Avon can ask the Pep Boys about any car problems they are having- or for Christmas gift suggestions for their husbands or boyfriends. Conversely, the men of Pep Boys will always have gifts for their significant others.
